With an installed production capacity of 300MT per month, HëRRlích Alûmin is one of the largest integrated aluminium extrusion manufacturers in the North East India. Our state of art manufacturing facility includes cutting edge German Aluminium Extrusion Press of 1250 UST capacity, a billet casting facility (Hot Top casting) imported from Germany, Latest Anodising Plant and Robotic Powder Coating Machinery from Taiwan. We also have a modern tool shop equipped with the latest CNC, EDM wire cut and other ancillary equipments.
Fully automatic 1250 UST (Programmable Logic Controlled) Extrusion Press, which minimises Quality lapses and ensures precision in profile and alloy parameters. We minimise manual handling and have ‘ Thermo Belt Handlers’ for handling of materials throughout the manufacturing cycle of our products ensuring minimum damage to the surface finish of products. Our products have the BEST TEMPER because of our stringent Alloying Parameters and High Efficient Ageing Ovens.
Among the many finishing option for aluminium extrusion products, powder coating is the most favoured, durable, and effective alternative. Whether for products used in the home or in commercial business, power coating increases protection from cold, heat, corrosion, scratching or even bleaching under the hot sun. Our Robotic Controlled Powder Coating gives the best surface finish and a premium look to all our products
The process of aluminium anodizing adds a layer of oxidation to aluminium extrusion products. Unlike iron or carbon steel where oxidation creates a layer of corrosion or rust, the anodizing process actually enhances the properties of aluminium. The hard, oxidized layer becomes a part of the aluminium, creating numerous beneficial properties. A variety of shades of colour can be applied via Colour Anodising to increase its aesthetic appeal. All our products are protected by SURFACE PROTECTION TAPES.
The colour finish added to anodized aluminium is more enduring due to the surface obtaining more adhesive and porous qualities during the anodizing process. The resulting anodic film coating allows for effective dyeing processes to be applied.
We have an extensive list of commercial Dies and machinery including latest imported High Precision Milling machines at our disposal and we are capable of Custom Die correction and maintenance. Our Die workshop engineers are some of the most experienced in their fields and are highly capable of your custom requirements.
We at HëRRlích Alûmin follow the most stringent Quality Control Measures and we have employed standard safeguards to prevent defects. These safeguards involve expert quality monitors using sophisticated technology equipment’s to monitor Surface Defects and alloy parameter safeguards. These inspectors stringently check products on certain parameters to ensure defect free / flawless range being delivered at the client. In order to attain absolute client satisfaction, we also offer complete customized solution and packaging facility as per the details / specifications given by the clients.

By adopting the latest technologies in our foundry, our aluminium profiles uncompromisingly have superior surface finish, and good chemical and mechanical properties that meet international standards. We use ‘Spectro Analysis’ through an international standard Spectrometer at every stage of our Casting Process to maintain standard and custom specifications with strict Chemical Properties adherence. Similarly, our in-house tool shop assures us superior quality dies which are being used to produce intricate customised designs.
